Alkalized Cocoa Powder 10/12%

Dutch-processed to neutralise natural acidity, producing a deep dark-brown colour, a rounder and mellower flavour, and markedly better solubility in liquids. The standard choice where colour and dispersion matter.

Forastero is the workhorse of world cocoa — robust, full-bodied and consistent. Ours are fermented five to seven days, sun-dried and roasted to your profile, then graded against ISO 2451 before loading.
